By hiring a crown, necklace, or other accessory from Leeli Design, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both parties. 

1. Hire Period 

• Standard hire is for 3 to 7 calendar days, including delivery and return dates. 
•   If you require an extended hire period, please contact us before booking to confirm availability and pricing.

2. Delivery & Returns 

• All hire pieces are carefully packaged and sent with prepaid return labels for your convenience. 
• Items must be returned by the agreed date to avoid late return fees. 
• Late returns may incur a $25 per day fee, unless pre-approved by Leeli Design.

3. Care & Condition

• All items must be returned in their original condition. • Please avoid exposure to water, hair products, perfume, or excessive handling that may damage delicate materials.
• If an item is returned with visible damage (beyond standard wear), or is not returned at all, the cost of repair or full replacement value will be charged.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the hire start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire date may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• No refunds are given for unused bookings or early returns.

5. Availability & Substitutions

• Each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, so availability is limited.
• In the rare event of an item being damaged or unavailable before your booking, we will contact you immediately to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

6. Liability

• Leeli Design is not responsible for any allergic reactions, styling outcomes, or event disruptions caused by late returns due to postal delays. We recommend allowing a buffer when booking.
