JEWELLERY CARE

A lot of love and care has gone into making this unique design for you but at the end of the day it is costume jewellery so you will need to take extra care of it to ensure it will last for as long as possible.

Costume jewellery will naturally tarnish over time so here are some tips on how to care for your jewellery:

– Avoid contact with water – No going for a swim or any form of bath with this item on please!
– Do not spray with perfume or any chemical spray. We know you love to smell wonderful but your jewellery doesn’t appreciate it quite so much!
– Although we encourage you to take this on holiday (dont forget to take a selfie and tag @leelidesign) try to avoid contact with the sand and sea salt
– Store your jewellery with care in the box it comes in or in a pouch. The plating reacts very slowly with air and moisture so if you are not wearing this it is best to keep it protected.
– Avoid extreme temperatures. Both humidity and sunlight are not your jewellerys best friend! If you imagine what happens to our frizzy hair in humidity you get the idea for how our jewellery feels!

RETURNS POLICY

GIFT RETURN/EXCHANGE

Firstly what a lovely friend you must have. You can feel very good about yourself and how wonderful your friends are.
If it is not quite what you had imagined or if you had had your eye on one of our other beautiful designs no fear. We will try our best to exchange this as quickly and smoothly so you can start wearing your jewellery with pride.

– Gifts can be returned within 14 days of purchase. You have 7 days to notify us from recieving your gift and then a further 7 days to actually send it back to us.]
– Items must be unused (I am afraid so) and returned with their gift receipt in their original condition and packaging to the following address:
2/2 Fuge Street, Highett, Melbourne, VIC 3190,
– You must contact Leeli Design by email (leeli@leelidesign.com) or phone (+61 (0)417 400 141) to receive your return ID number
– If you did not receive a gift receipt please contact the purchaser for the proof of purchase as we can’t accept a return without this.
– The return postage is the responsibility of the sender so we highly recommend that you insure the parcel registered post in case of lost parcels (which to be honest we all know happens on the most important parcels!)
– You are not required to give us details on why you are returning this item however we are a bit nosy (isnt eveyone) and would love to know your reasons to help us improve in future.

Exceptions:
– We hope you understand but any custom made/ tailored items will not be able to be exchanged/ returned unless they are faulty.

AUSTRALIA RETURNS

So sorry you feel you need to return your item. Hopefully it is nothing we have done and you have just seen something even better you want instead!
We are of course happy to exchange/ return this for you but will just need you to follow the below to help make this experience quick and smooth.
– Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. You have 7 days to notify us from recieving your item and then a further 7 days to actually send it back to us.]
– Items must be unused (I am afraid so) and returned in their original condition with original packaging, their receipt or packing slip, and can be sent to the following address: 2/2 Fuge Street, Highett, Melbourne, VIC 3190,
– Please contact Leeli Design by email (leeli@leelidesign.com) or phone (+61 (0)417 400 141) to receive your return ID number within that 7 days of receiving your jewellery.
– Please ensure you have your proof of purchase as unfortunately we can’t accept a return without this.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International returns please can you mark that the goods are returned on the courier company’s consignment to avoid any extra custom and duty costs and taxes
